🔁 Returns & Exchanges Policy

At KXG Pro Lash, we want you to love every product you receive. Due to the nature of lash and beauty products, especially hygiene-related items, we have some important conditions for returns and exchanges.
🚫 Change of Mind Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind on any products due to hygiene and safety reasons. This includes lash adhesives, glues, lash trays, brushes, and tools.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
🧴 Product Safety & Hygiene
For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used items
- Lash adhesives, liquids, or creams
- Any product where the packaging seal has been broken
✅ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received:
- A faulty or damaged item
- The wrong product in your order
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
💌 How Refunds Work
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (e.g. PayPal, Afterpay, Shopify Payments) within 3–5 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.
📦 Return Shipping
- If a return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions via email.
- In cases where the customer is at fault (e.g., wrong item ordered), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- If we made a mistake, we’ll cover return shipping or send a replacement free of charge.
🕒 Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 5 business days:
- Check your bank or PayPal account again
- Contact your payment provider
- If you still have concerns, email us and we’ll help
