At KXG Pro Lash, we aim to get your lash essentials to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process within Australia.
🚚 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
🇦🇺 Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide only using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and select couriers.

🛍 Click & Collect (Local Pickup)
We offer Click & Collect for customers who prefer to pick up their order in person.
- You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup
- Pickup location and hours will be provided at checkout
- Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting
🔎 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
⚠️ Missed Deliveries / Return to Sender
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect address
- Unclaimed delivery
...we can resend it, but a re-shipping fee will apply.
🧴 Important Info for Lash Adhesives
To maintain the freshness and effectiveness of your lash adhesives:
- We highly recommend choosing Express Shipping
- During hot weather, adhesives can be affected by delays — we take care in packaging but cannot control temperature exposure during transit
